Unfortunately, on closer scrutiny those are slothead tuners. Tom and I picked out a set of tuners which were black with snakewood buttons. The guitars plays as I would wish now, and tomorrow I will do the final cleaning and then the packing/shipping ritual. I made a new saddle AND a new nut, and the truss rod cover as well.
